GRAEF Office Relocate

Overview

This was a remodel of third floor of the Grand Avenue Mall space at 275 W. Wisconsin. Now called The Avenue with Graef as the first tenant we completed a new distribution system, state of the art emergency lighting, new fire alarm & security systems, and a large quantity of data cabling.
